Grow Together with an
Independent Licensed
CPA Audit Firm
CertPro's partner programme connects technology platforms, advisory firms, and resellers with a licensed CPA firm that delivers SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and AI governance audits for organisations worldwide.
Our Partner Network
CertPro integrates with leading GRC platforms, vCISO providers, security testing firms, and EU representation services — creating a seamless compliance ecosystem for your clients.
An Audit Firm Your Clients Can Trust Independently
CertPro is a licensed CPA firm, not a consultancy, not a software vendor. We perform and issue compliance audit reports directly, in accordance with AICPA SSAE 18 and international standards. This independence is what makes CertPro a credible, conflict-free partner for technology platforms, advisory firms, and resellers.
Partnering with CertPro means extending a licensed, credentialed audit capability to your clients without building it yourself. Whether your clients need SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, or AI governance audits, CertPro delivers a consistent, professional engagement that reflects well on your organisation.
Every audit we conduct is evidence-based, documented to professional standards, and attested by a named CPA. Your clients receive an independent report accepted by enterprise buyers, investors, and regulators worldwide.
Licensed CPA Firm
CertPro issues SOC 2 reports directly under AICPA SSAE 18. Same legal standard as Big 4 firms. No co-signing CPA required.
Structurally Independent
We do not sell the compliance tools or software we audit. No financial relationship that could compromise objectivity.

Audit professionals across USA, India, UK, Oman, Lebanon, and Ghana. Near-24/7 coverage across major time zones.
Credentialed Team
Every engagement led by a CPA, supported by CISAs and ISO Lead Auditors. Credentials aligned to frameworks under examination.

Partnership Programme FAQ
Everything you need to know about partnering with CertPro.
CertPro's partner programme is open to technology companies, GRC platforms, advisory firms, accounting practices, law firms, managed service providers, and IT resellers. The common requirement is that partners serve clients who have or will have compliance audit requirements. We evaluate each application individually and discuss the best partnership structure based on your business model.
There is no fee to join CertPro's partner programme. Referral and technology partners are onboarded at no cost. Reseller partners receive volume pricing terms that reflect their client volumes. Commercial terms are discussed during the discovery meeting and formalised in the partner agreement before any work begins.
CertPro conducts independent audits across SOC 2 (Type I and Type II), ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and ISO 42001 AI governance. All SOC 2 engagements are attested by a licensed CPA under AICPA SSAE 18. We serve organisations across technology, healthcare, financial services, and professional services sectors globally.
Referral partners introduce clients to CertPro via a structured intake process. CertPro manages the full engagement lifecycle from scoping through report issuance. The referring partner receives regular status updates and is kept informed throughout. Commission and commercial terms for introductions are formalised in the partner agreement.
Yes, within defined parameters. Technology and reseller partners may present CertPro audit services under co-branded materials. SOC 2 attestation reports must be issued under CertPro's licensed CPA firm identity as required by AICPA standards, but surrounding documentation and client-facing communications can be co-branded.
From application submission to active partner status typically takes 5 to 10 business days, including the discovery meeting, agreement execution, and onboarding session. First client referrals or joint engagements can commence immediately upon partner agreement execution.
Yes. CertPro provides partners with co-branded collateral, framework one-pagers, email templates, and a dedicated partner liaison for deal support. Technology partners are also listed on CertPro's partner directory for additional visibility with our client base.
Referral partners introduce clients and receive a commission once the engagement closes — CertPro manages all commercial and delivery aspects. Reseller partners contract directly with the end client, managing the commercial relationship themselves, and purchase CertPro's audit services at a volume discount to fulfil those engagements.
Absolutely. vCISO and advisory firms are among our most active partners. They prepare clients for audit readiness and then refer them to CertPro for the independent examination. This creates a clear separation between advisory and audit that strengthens the credibility of both parties' work.
Commission structures vary by partnership type and are documented in the partner agreement. Referral commissions are typically paid within 30 days of CertPro receiving payment from the referred client. Reseller margins are built into the wholesale pricing. All commercial terms are agreed prior to any introduction or engagement.
