Primus Partners has announced a strategic partnership with Data Safeguard to accelerate privacy automation and support responsible AI adoption across India, the Middle East, and the United States.
In a major move for data governance, Primus is leveraging this alliance to combine its public – policy and digital – transformation strengths with Data Safeguard’s AI – powered platforms. With global regulatory frameworks like GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), and the Middle East’s PDPL gaining traction, the partnership aims to help organizations operationalize compliance through automation.
Under this collaboration, Data Safeguard’s CCE Responsible & Ethical AI engine and ID – PRIVACY platform will be integrated into Primus’s advisory and program delivery model. They will jointly support enterprises and governments in automating consent management, data discovery, DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessments), DSAR (Data Subject Access Requests), and purpose – limitation workflows.
By bringing together policy acumen and technical innovation, Primus and Data Safeguard are targeting to build trustworthy, citizen – centric digital ecosystems. The duo also aims to strengthen governance frameworks grounded in ethics, transparency, and public value — essential for responsible AI.
Nilaya Varma, Group CEO & Co – Founder of Primus, emphasized the need for trust in expanding digital ecosystems. He noted that the partnership will empower organizations to stay ahead of regulatory change, innovate with confidence, and embed accountability at scale.
In an era where over 120 countries are enforcing data – protection norms and businesses are allocating nearly a quarter of their digital budgets to compliance, Primus’s move signals privacy is now a strategic differentiator — not just a regulatory checkbox.
