certpro.com is operated by CertPro, with offices in Newark, DE, USA (CertPro CPA LLC) and Bangalore, India (HRV CertPro Pvt. Ltd.), together referred to as "CertPro" in these Terms. CertPro CPA LLC is a licensed CPA firm, enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program.
CertPro provides independent compliance audit and assessment services, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, ISO 27701, and ISO 27018. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services; any engagement is governed by a separate, signed agreement between you and the relevant CertPro entity.

Where certpro.com includes a payment page, payments can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, ACH transfer, or international wire transfer. CertPro does not collect, transmit through its own systems, or store your card number, PayPal login or payment details, or bank account and routing details, at any point. Card and PayPal payments are processed entirely within PayPal's own systems; ACH and wire transfers are made directly between your bank and CertPro's bank account, using your own bank's systems.
CertPro retains only the transaction information needed for our own records (such as the amount, date, and a reference number), as described in our Privacy Policy. A dispute about a card or PayPal payment should be raised with PayPal or your card issuer in the first instance; a dispute about an ACH or wire transfer should be raised with your own bank.
